Such beauty in the most unexpected of places. I love the muted colours and patterns in this enormous apartment block in Cairo. I was crossing the Nile in a taxi with my mother on the way to the Pyramids when the sight of this building jumped out at me. I had to photograph it and we shouted to our friendly, but in a rush, Egyptian taxi driver to 'Stop the Car!!'.
