We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders.
Any orders received before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. Excludes bank or public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday.

FREE Delivery is available on all orders. All UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. Deliveries outside of the UK will be dispatched by FedEx Airfreight.

NEXT DAY: £6.99: Express Next Day Courier Service available for delivery to addresses within the UK. Excludes some remote postcodes.
OUTSIDE OF THE UK
For delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include UK VAT. Orders from outside of the EU only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. All international orders require a telephone number.
We want you to be delighted with your scarf! But if you are not you can return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please send an email to hello@celiagould.co.uk. Please include your original order number, your reason for the return.
In the UK all scarves should be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a secure and traceable return delivery. For Europe and Worldwide orders, please ensure your method of return is tracked and insured to the value of the goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.
