This afternoon we found ourselves walking through a cliff top nature reserve, with a beautiful view of an incredible blue sea. It is an fabulous spot and not far from the home of a dear friend who recently moved to London. I met her in Knightsbridge last week for a lovely sushi lunch, and found her to be thriving in the city, and positively radiating beauty and happiness. Before our posting I lived in London all my life. How strange that I find myself walking by the stunning coastline a friend's country, while she navigates the London life that I still think of as mine. And how wonderful that we're both so happy to have switched places.
